What protections are available for circuit breakers

The circuit breaker has a variety of protection functions, mainly including:

Overload protection. When the load of the circuit exceeds the rated current of the circuit breaker, the circuit breaker will automatically trip, cutting off the circuit to avoid wire overheating, short circuit, and equipment damage.
Short-circuit protection. Circuit breakers quickly detect and cut off short circuits in electrical circuits, reducing the risk of fires and electrical contact fires.
Leakage protection. When there is a leakage situation in the circuit, the circuit breaker will trip and disconnect to prevent electric shock accidents.
Undervoltage and overvoltage protection. When the power supply voltage is lower or higher than a certain range of rated voltage, the circuit breaker will trip, protecting the circuit equipment and personal safety.
Failure protection. It can automatically disconnect the circuit when the circuit fails, protecting personal safety and electrical equipment.
Electric shock protection. It can quickly cut off the circuit and prevent electric shock accidents.
Ground gate protection (or ground fault protection). It is used to detect and cut off ground faults in circuits, preventing hazards and equipment damage caused by short circuits to ground.
