The latest design is a set of monitoring system based on single-chip microcomputer control of solar photovoltaic string current. The current is measured by the Hall sensor, and the vector value of the current is read by the single-chip microcomputer, so that the magnitude and direction of the current can be judged. Then the output of the solid-state relay is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer, and the output contact of the solid-state relay is connected to the combiner box bus and the photovoltaic string, and the input and removal of the photovoltaic string are realized by controlling the on-off of the solid-state relay.
In the intelligent combiner box, in addition to the function and performance of the general combiner box, the electronic switch is adopted, the anti-reflection function is retained, and the current breaking control function is added; the temperature sensor is added in the combiner box, and a plurality of monitoring points are set up, when the temperature is abnormal, the control signal is sent by the single-chip microcomputer control board to disconnect the input current in time to protect the combiner box from being burned. Here, the 8-channel combiner box is taken as an example to be designed, as shown in the "Block Diagram of the Circuit of the 8-channel Intelligent Combiner Box".
