How The Combiner Box Works

The specific steps are as follows:
1. Collector Junction: The electrical energy generated by the solar panel is collected into the combiner box through the collector wires in it.
2. Disconnector: In the combiner box, it mainly includes disconnector, which can facilitate the debugging of solar panels, main switches, etc. without removing the cable.
3. Fuse: In the combiner box, it is also necessary to configure a fuse, when there is a problem with a certain battery board, the fuse can cut off the circuit of the faulty battery board, and does not affect the power generation of other battery boards.
4. Current monitoring: There should also be current monitoring and voltage monitoring equipment in the combiner box, which can monitor the status of the battery board collector line in real time, as well as the voltage and current parameters of the cable line, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
5. Output circuit: Finally, after passing the inspection of disconnectors, fuses, current monitoring, voltage monitoring and other devices, the electric energy generated by the battery board is transmitted to the inverter through the output circuit for conversion, and the AC power output is generated for the user's use.
